General conditions:
Campo Aventura Ltda is registered in Valle Concha, Cochamo, Region de
los Lagos, Chile. The office address is San Bernardo 318, Puerto Varas,
Region de los Lagos, Chile. The organizers and Campo Aventura Ltda.
which is registered in Chile and operates by the requirements of the
Chilean travel law including his employees, doesn't take responsibility
for any health problems and their costs, which incurred from it directly,
indirectly or later. The passenger can be aware that the employees
dispose about the necessary knowledge of the sector of her/his
responsability. The employees act in the name of the company and cannot
be sued personally in case of an accident or damage by the passenger.
The indicated prices are net prices including the services as indicated
in the product description, valuable is the last published oficial price
list. The value of an excursion, tour or other service offered by Campo
Aventura Ltda will be indicated by e-mail, mail, fax, phone or direct in
the selling office to the client. Campo Aventura Ltda cannot be made
responsible if other agents selling the Campo Aventura products for
different prices. Campo Aventura can change at any moment without
official announcement the prices. Campo Aventura may accord a discount
for children on the actual price lists. If a part of a tour can't be
fullfilled, Campo Aventura Ltda has the right to reimbourse only the not
effectuated part of the tour. The full amount has to be paid before the
trip starts. For every booking that isn't made at the Campo Aventura
Ltda office, a 50% down payment has to be made. The rest has to be paid
2 weeks before the trip starts. The horse trail may have expert sections
therefore the participants have to follow the instructions of the tour
escort to guarantee a safe undertaking. During the tour some situations
may occur, which force the tour coordinator or guide to change the
itinerary, the times and the route. Wearing a helmet is and has been
recommended. There are helmets available at Campo Aventura, free of
charge, for participants who didn't bring their own. Every participant
is absolutely responsible for any kind of damage to himself, to second
and third persons due to the risks and his during the riding tour.
Parents are fully responsible for their children
Campo Aventura Ltda effectuates all prestations according the local
possibilities. Before each tour, an insurance will be accorded. The
trained, experienced multilingual guides are via radio in contact with
the base camp. The passenger is aware of the situation, that there is no
organized air rescue system and that in case of necessity a helicopter
has to be chartered from a private company. A secured air rescue system
cannot be guaranteed by Campo Aventura Ltda.
As additional service, Campo Aventura Ltda offers a free of charge
luggage storage for its passengers. This does not include any luggage
insurance in case of loss, but represents just a storing service.
Especially for values no guarantee or responsability can be taken by
Campo Aventura Ltda. Due to safety reasons, the passengers are advised
to keep their rooms locked at any moment. Campo Aventura Ltda is as well
not responsible for forgotten items after the passenger left the place.
Each participant is responsible for damages which he/she does to third
parties. Parents are fully responsible for their children. Persons,
undertaking tours on their own responsability and which are not
organized by Campo Aventura Ltd are excluded from every insurance and
Campo Aventura Ltda does not cover any costs in case of an accident,
damage or all other kind of sinistre. This implements especially persons
undertaking kayak tours on their own on the Cochamo river or trekking
tours on theri own through the valley. In case of a cancelation, the
following reimboursement can be made by Campo Aventura: >4 weeks 100%,
3-2 weeks 75%, 2-1 weeks 50%, < 1 week 25%. Tribunal is Puerto Montt.
